This user agreement is between NaughtySellers.Com and all sellers using this venue
1. You must be of legal age in your state. Sometimes it's 18 or it can be 21. You agree that nudity and mature content does not offend you in any way. If you notice anyone underage, you must report it to the system administrator and get it removed immediately.
2. This site and services contain adult material not suitable for minors. Viewing this site if you are under age is prohibited by federal, state and local laws and is subject to prosecution by the applicable authorities. By entering you agree to being familiar with the laws of your community, being 18 (21 in some areas) or older and that the viewing of adult material is legal in your area. Furthermore you agree that you do not find this type of material offensive.
3. By agreeing to the terms you also release NaughtySellers.Com, all involved in the production and maintenance of this site from any and all liabilities.

10. You agree not to spam anyone on this site, nor use robots to list and collection information on this site.
11. Termination of service is at NaughtySellers.Com sole discretion. NaughtySellers.Com has the right to delete, deactivate, suspend, remove, or block your email and or IP address. Immediately and without notice. If you have any questions about an item you would like to post, please contact the administrators before it is posted to ensure that you do not get terminated.
12. This is not a dating site. Do not advertise sexual services for money exchange.
13. You agree that this service is entirely at your own risk and on an as-is basis.
14. Information we gather We log IP's on this site to help us identify problems with our server and to keep our members safe from problems users. No other information is gathered from your visit and your activity at NaughtySellers.Com is not logged or tracked.

C. Infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
D. Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising).
E. Be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.
F. Be obscene or contain child pornography or bestiality.
G. Offer services that consummate a meeting between buyer and seller.
H. Offers any service or item as a raffle.
I. Does not contain an actual tangible item or service.
J. Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, Easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
K. Be an item that offers bodily fluids, dating, prostitution, bestiality, firearms, etc.
L. Create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers, and link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that are prohibited under this agreement.
22. Furthermore, you may not list any item on the Site (or consummate any transaction that was initiated using our service) that, by paying to us the listing fee, could cause us to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
23. Registered members of NaughtySellers.Com agree to periodic updates via email. Always check for our updated terms of service on the homepage.
